This policy applies to all RdL personnel, consultants, contractors, and partners involved in the delivery of services across Australia, the Asia-Pacific, and beyond.
It governs all aspects of project delivery—from diagnostic assessments through to implementation, evaluation, and long-term sustainability.

• Quality metrics are reviewed quarterly by the Sustainability & Quality Committee.

9. Policy Review
