Robert de Loryn has tertiary qualifications in Commercial Law and Human Resources (through Deakin University in Australia) and is a member of the Australian Human Resource Institute of Australia as well as being a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
He is registered with the National Training Council of Papua New Guinea and has post tertiary qualifications in work behaviour modelling, executive coaching and many other business-related programs
Robert has been involved in the development and facilitation of customised leadership and management development programs for over 30 years with multinational organisations and Fortune 500 companies. His experience ranges from Government departments through to global NGO’s and start-up operations.
Robert’s core strength is his ability to partner at all levels of an organisation to understand the key drivers and thus translate into customised solutions for the betterment of the organisation. Robert continues to have partnerships and liaise with Government officials, company CEO’s, senior management teams and operational employees across both government sectors and private companies.
In addition, Robert is passionate about life coaching and assisting people to be the best version of themselves. He has spent over 20 years as an executive and life coach helping people grow and live better lives.
