This pre-assessment certificate confirms the holder has met the application assessment criteria under the Fair Jobs Code making it eligible to be considered for threshold procurement contracts, high value procurement contracts, or significant business expansion grants from a Victorian Government agency.
This Certificate is valid from 7 April 2025 to 6 April 2027, subject to ongoing disclosure requirements and compliance with the Code.

If the holder has an active threshold procurement contract, high value procurement contract or is receiving a significant business expansion grant, they must renew the certificate prior to the date of expiry. Renewal applications can be lodged 60 business days before the certificate expiry date.
The account holder for the certificate will receive notifications when it is time to renew the certificate.
If the certificate expires, the holder must notify the contracting Victorian Government agency within 10 days of the certificate expiring.
The holder must notify the Fair Jobs Code Unit and the contracting Victorian Government agency of any adverse rulings or enforceable undertakings and cooperate with reasonable requests from the Fair Jobs Code Unit and/or contracting agency, including responding in a timely manner to reasonable requests for information or responses to complaints made by a person under the Fair Jobs Code.
