This is a multi day program and focuses on building a personas ability to develop training material as well as facilitate to adult learners.
We look into creating powerful presentations, role playing presentations, dealing with difficult people and understand adult learning styles.
It is primarily based on the Australian qualification – TAE40116 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessing.
