Committed to Ethical Impact, Sustainable Practice, and Community Responsibility

1. Purpose
To formalise RDL’s responsibility to uphold ethical conduct, social equity, environmental sustainability and community benefit in all operations and engagements.

2. Scope
This policy applies to all RdL employees, associates, contractors, and consultants across all locations and levels.

3. Our Commitment
RdL is committed to:

  • Ethical Governance
RDL maintains zero tolerance for bribery, unethical influence, fraud, exploitation or conduct inconsistent with legal and professional standards. All business is conducted with integrity, transparency and respect for the rule of law.
  • Environmental Responsibility
RDL actively minimises its environmental footprint through responsible resource management, reduced travel where practical, digital-first program delivery, and advocacy for sustainable practices with clients and partners.
  • Social Impact and Community Contribution
We prioritise partnerships and initiatives that uplift leadership, capability and opportunity across communities, especially within the Pacific region. This includes pro-bono or social-impact engagements where appropriate.
  • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
RDL is committed to providing a culturally safe, inclusive and respectful working environment. We reject all forms of discrimination and consciously design programs to support diverse learners, including neurodiverse, remote and Indigenous participants.
  • Responsible Supply Chain
RDL engages only with suppliers and partners who demonstrate ethical and socially responsible practices. We do not engage with parties linked to modern slavery, human exploitation or environmental misconduct.

4. Training and Awareness

All RDL personnel are briefed on this policy during induction and reminded during project phase planning to ensure CSR principles are embedded into real delivery, not treated as a statement of intent

5. Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed annually or in response to legislative, societal, or organisational changes.
