Sales training with a Difference
RdL was approached by the client to improve the sales result of the field sales team.
RdL partnered with the client to understand their operation and then proceeded to customise their internal global sales training program to suit the cultural differences of the host country.
RdL took this unique approach to the sales development program. Rather than just focus on sales techniques through classroom training, RdL started by changing the mindset of the sales team to be customer focused, rather than volume focused.
In addition to the classroom and video recording methods used for training, RdL supported every participant with 1 on 1 field sales Result Coaching.
The effect of this customised program was an increase in sales of greater than 13%.
