RdL recently visited Flight Coffee in Wellington New Zealand to conduct Executive Leadership Coaching with 3 of the founding partners.
Flight Coffee is a part of the Nomad Coffee Group, a company RdL has had a relationship with since 2015 and between the Nomad and Flight team, it was agreed that RdL facilitate an Executive Coaching program over 11 weeks to assist in the development and strategic direction of the leadership mindset. It started with an intensive 5 day on the job coaching program that also included a staff 360 session. The 3 leaders received several one on one coaching sessions during the week as well as incorporating a strategic vision session to help them set their goals for the future.
Whilst on this visit to Wellington I also got to experience the amazing food at their retail cafe called “The Hangar”. The work the team does here to make eating start with the eyes is amazing and every plate that left the kitchen looked incredible.
The three leaders undergoing the coaching had a very tough 5 days with RdL as we confronted issues and challenges they may not have otherwise been addressed.
To their credit, they showed amazing signs of willingness to grow and RdL looks forward to the sustainable growth in mindset, actions, and results for the team.
