Air Niugini is taking their growth and development to new heights with heavy investment in a number of critical areas.
Not only are they investing in a fleet of new aircraft (Boeing 787 Dreamliner, Airbus 320’s and Bombardier Q400’s), they are also heavily investing in their people and the future leaders of the airline. (https://www.facebook.com/search/posts/?q=boeing)
Under their CEO, Gary Seddon, the airline committed to developing 70 of the top leaders in the RdL Emerging Leaders Program.
During the program the participants will engage in 18 face to face development days along with 11 executive coaching sessions over a 12 month period.
In additional the participants identified 10 strategic projects that they will be implementing over the coming 6 months, enabling them to fine tune the skills they learn into practical application in their roles.
This is a credit to the airline for realising the importance of not only upgrading their fleet but also upgrading their people.
RdL has also been engaged by Air Niugini to develop and facilitate a customer service program that will span 13 modules and include on the job coaching for over 350 customer facing and support staff.
It is clear to say, Air Niugini is flying high.
