Our passion project to empower the women of Papua New Guinea is making progress, thanks to the wonderful support of Prime Minister’s wife Lynda Babao-O’Neill and Catherine Folks the Managing Director of Safe Motherhood. RdL is proposing a program that would enable women from PNG to attend a two-day workshop on empowerment. This has been, and continues to be a major cultural issue in PNG and despite the many years of expatriate presence in PNG, little has changed.
